Modern Production Facilities and Processes:
Kohinoor manufactures its products using state of the art technology in modern production facilities that are fully enclosed in a class 8 clean rooms that have a maximum particle count of 100,000 particles (≥0.5 um) per cubic foot of interior air. They are required to have HEPA filtration coverage over 4-5% of the area and provide a minimum of 20 air exchanges per hour with air flow rates of 4-8 CFM per square foot. A tool room with all machines supports the production processes. A high degree of automation and process control help in complying with GMP requirements.
Quality Assurance
Kohinoor assurance system encompasses a comprehensive and exhaustive series of visual, physical, chemical & microbiological tests and inspection at different stages in the production cycle.
The systems are well documented and the adherences to quality norms meticulous. We have successfully implemented a quality management system and have been ISO 13485:2016 certified by SGS.
